Hi There,
I have a very simple requirements from my CEO however it seems impossible to be done, I hope if you can share your ideas on how to acheive it.
The Requirements is simple:
As the call is "Ringing-in" at the CEO IP Phone, he needs to decide whether this caller need to be handled by Assistant 1 or to be handled by Assistant 2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or he can answer it.
How?!!!
IPMA will not help here since the CEO need to select with which assistant to work with up front
simple but impossible

You canto do that with cucm, you cannot configure soft keys to do routing actions other than the ones that already exist in cucm.
