I have a situation where a customer has a large number of ATA191s in their environment. They are all in voice subnets where the desk phones on those subnets are being tracked correctly by CER but none of the ATAs show up in the subnet.
I thought that ATAs (not talking about larger, multiport VGs) could be tracked by subnet in the same manner that desk phones are tracked. Is that not the case or is there something I need to do to get CER to load them into their subnets when it syncs with CUCM?
