Our current environment is running CUCM 11.5 and Unity 11.5. We have a group with an afterhours Help Desk line (using an internal DN) that is set to forward calls to a user's external number. When dialing internally, the call will forward from the internal Help Desk line to the external number. However, when dialing from an external number to the Help Desk line, it does not forward to the external number.
Is there a way to setup a calling party transformation rule specifically for that internal Help Desk DN that says if the calling party is not an internal number, then transform the number to an internal extension?
