I am facing an issue in CFNA from a DX650. When a DX650 set to CFNA to the mobile number call is sent to the mobile. But when the call is answered it causes the one-way audio. We are using SIP trunk to connect to the provider.
Phone A (DX650) set CNFA to Mobile number - It is in Site A
Phone B (7821) the calling Device- It is in site B.
Phone B calls Phone A, the call is forwarded to the mobile number after 3 rings. The mobile phone answers the call. The mobile phone user can hear the Phone B user but Phone B user cannot hear the mobile phone user.
I could see that the Sender Codec for this call from Gateway to the 7821 is G711a and the receiver Codec is G722.
When tried for this same scenario with 7861(instead of DX650) it works fine. Both parties can hear each other and the Codec negotiated is G711a.
DX650 in Device Pool A (Uses Region Default)
7821 in Device Pool B (Uses Region Default)
SIP trunk to the CUBE in Device Pool GW (uses GW Region)
Default to GW:64Kbps (with G711a and G711u preferred over G722)
GW to Default: 64Kbps (with G711a and G711u preferred over G722)
