Guys,
Are there any restrictions on CFUR for lines associated with SIP Devices.
I have a line configured with both CFUR Internal and External working fine when associated with an SCCP phone.
However the exact same line associated with an unregistered SIP device appears to have the CFB field applied instead of CFUR.
If I remove CFB my phone gives busy tone.
I'm running CUCM 8.5

Guys,
As an update....
I've done some more testing and it appears it actually only affects the line when associated to an iPhone device type.
Any Ideas?

Here is what I've found:
Dual-mode phones are always considered to be registered.
So CFUR can not be applied.
Try to use the CFB as workaround.

Do you have a link or document that supports this?

Fletcher,
Please first verify if CFB is working in your case.
There is no documentation for the behavior I've described.
Pierre.

The CFB field does apply but I already mentioned that in my original post.
This doesn't really fix the issue as we want to use the CFUR on a shared line and having the dual-mode phone will stop it from working for all phones even when both show in CUCM as unregistered. CFB is set to forward to VM - CFUR to reroute to phones in SRST.
