Change Calling number for Internal CUCM calling

Dear Folks,

I have a requirement to configure two helpdesk phone numbers with their IVR extn number for outgoing calls.

Below is the present config:

Extn_1: 4001 - Internal PT & Internal CSS

Extn_2: 4002 - Internal PT & Internal CSS

IVR(CTI RP)to Unity  Extn: 9696 with existing Translation Patterns for two Time Periods

CUCM: 10.5.2

Appreciate your help to configure a simplest method to ensure all outgoing calls from both extn are masked/translated to 9696

Hi ATA,

You need to use translation pattern for this and put required calling number at 'Calling Line ID Presentation' under translation pattern but you need to take care of partitions and CSS (keep these two phones in different css and translation pattern in different partition) so these phones can reach to that translation pattern only when dialing other extensions.
