Hey all,
I'm in the process of changing email addresses and trying to find out how I can update my Cisco/Cisco Support Community email address - any ideas?

Please contact web-help@cisco.comfor more information on how to change your email address on Cisco.com. CSC is tied to your Cisco.com login. After you make the change on Cisco.com it will propagate here.

Why don't we have control over our profile?

I also think that we need more control actions in the account settings. As well as more options for integration with other services and platforms, which allow to organize everything in your email accounts, like Purposeful messages service. It's pretty useful one, which I use to organize my IMs and email messages.
