Change IP address for Agents for IPCC

I need to change the IP address for all the current agents to point it to new IPCC server.

I am not sure how to do that. Can someone let me know how can that be done.

hi Rohan,

You need to do the follwoing:

1) if you are using IP Phone service , then you need to modify the ip address on the CCM IP Phone service.

2) If you are using CAD , then uninstall and install the agent application, while you do installation it will pormpt for the IP addess and enter new ipcc server IP.
