Change IP Address of CUCM and IP IVR

Dear All,

Customer would like to change IP address of both CUCM and IP IVR on UCS.

They have Publisher and Subscriber nodes for each CUCM and IP IVR on 2 UCSs, and they plan to move one UCS to other IP Address segment.

Do we support to change IP Addresss for this senario?  And could you please provide the documents which procedure is mentioned ??

Customer uses latest version.

CUCM 9.1(1a) and IP IVR 9.0(2).

Hi,

this capability of migrating CUCM servers to new IP address was available till version 7 and was removed from version 8.Which required rebuilding of UCCX

Let me check if I can get info for version 9.

Documentation incorreclty states that CUCM cluster can be changed
Symptom:

Documentation states that UCCX can be integrated with a different Call Manager cluster.


Conditions:

Customer wants to integrate UCCX to a Call Manager cluster other then the one initially integrated with.

Workaround:

You must rebuild the UCCX server to integrate with a different Call Manager Cluster

I have checked the commands are available though CLI to configure new CUCM IP address
