Changing background on 7945 phones in CME

My customer wants to change background on Cisco 7945/65 phones.  They have CME ver. 7.1.  I have a BMP and a JPEG file, but can't find directions on how to convert and upload them into CME.  Would appreciate if someone could point me to the directions.  Thanks.

Found a link which may be useful to you. Just follow the procedure given here http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps4625/products_tech_note09186a008062495a.shtml , though the link is for Cisco 7970 IP Phone the procedure is same for all the phones. The file type should be PNG file and the image file specifications for the Cisco 7945 Phone is

Full size image-320 pixels (width) X 212 pixels (height)
Thumbnail image-80 pixels (width) X 53 pixels (height)

Let me know whether you were able to change them or you face any issue in changing them.
