Changing cluster security mode

Hi,

We have 3 subscribers, 1 publisher, 1 CUPS and CUC. Do I need to change security mode in all servers of cluster or only in publisher?

It should be for all servers in the cluster. Or you could use CUCM in the Mixed Mode:
