Is there anyway of changing internal CLID. e.g. can the calling line ID of an extension be replaced with a hunt pilot number. Our IT helpdesk want to send their hunt pilot number (internal number) when they call users so that individuals do do get called back on their own DN but via the hunt pilot for the helpdesk. This is for internal calls only. The user name and CLID seems to be sent by default.

You need a translation which overwrites your calling number.
This translation needs to be in it's own partition and have a CSS to be able to dial the internal numbers.
Example: [4 digits numplan, "1111" shown for all phones]
Translation "XXXX" (something that covers all internal patterns; you have to adjust that to your environment) in partition "replace_1111".
CSS "internal"
Calling Party Transform Mask = "1111"
CallCenter Phones need a CSS with partition "replace_1111".
Hope that helps,

Hello,
All you need is a Partiton, a CSS with only the partition you have created, then create a traslation pattern with a pattern as "!" (only the ! symbol), CSS the one thatnow have the line of your phone and the called party the number you need.
This works with a single phone, so you would need this structure for every phone.
