i want to know about what is the impact of changing ip address of CCM 4.3 and hostname. also IPCCX application is running on same machine. what procedure should i have to follow to change the ip address without any impact on CCM and CRS application. either we need to build the machine again after doing that ?
You can change IP addresses. You will have an impact however. The systems will need to be restarted for the IP addresses to take affect. There are procedures for both products on CCO. It is a little more involved then just modifying the network configurations.
Note, you will not be able to change the host name without doing a complete system rebuild.
