Hi all, is there an option to change the RTMT email header? Now we have standard RTMT_Admin@cisco.com , we have several customers running CallManagers so it will be very pleasant to change the header.
You will not be able to change the email header int he RTMT .we could not change either FROM or SUBJECT field option
