Changing SDP in incoming INVITE

I have a SIP trunk between a CUCM cluster and an Avaya Session Manager.  I'm having issues with video calls on the Avaya side coming into CUCM not advertising H.264 codec in the SDP message; it only advertises H.263 currently.  Calling from a CUCM endpoint to the Avaya system has the proper H.264 codec in the SDP message allowing video calling to work.  From my understanding, there is no way to edit the SDP in the INVITE on the Avaya side before I send it to CUCM, so I was wondering if something in CUCM would allow me to change the incoming INVITE message.  CUCM version is 8.1 and the SIP trunk is directly between the 2 systems with no CUBE or SBC between them.

You *might* be able to use a SIP normalisation script to do this.
