Hi,
I have enabled FAC on all outbound calls for IP PHONE users . There is a way to cheat on FAC !! when you make an outbound call after entering the FAC if you transfer that call to another extension further call duration will not show up in CDR for that FAC code , the only report you can see is an internal transfer call to another extension so other party can continue talking and CDR won?t add the duration to originating FAC User
So in this case there is no way to trust the FAC Reports. Customer can make an outbound call and talk for 20 seconds and transfer it to another extension and talk for 1 hour.
The only report you get for that FAC code is 20 second outbound call
Does Cisco knows about this issue? If so is there any workaround

Confirmed.
Great. Nothing like tollfraud.
Cisco will say it's working by design and that it's up to us to parse the CDRs or buy a million dollar billing package that will do it for you.
