Choice of Media Resources

Greetings!

I can't find anywhere information, based on which MRGL (callee or called) is happening determination which resources should be used. Also, do both sides have to have transcoder in their MRGL's, or one in any MRGL is good enough ?

Yuriy,

Whoever initiates a conference, would be that persons MRGL that gets used. In regards to transcoding, each MRGL should have a resource, unless you have a transcoder which hasn't been assigned to a group, which means it could be used by anyone.
