I have confirmed my CISCO CP-7841 are eligible for a Multiplatform/MPP firmware upgrade. Is there a way to upgrade the phones without a TFTP or http server?  Does the Cloud Upgrader only work for CISCO's Web Ex Calling/MPP service?  Thanks for your input.  Chris

No, you need a TFTP/HTTP server to hold the images, there's no way to install the FW directly uploading it to the IP Phone.

upgrade.cisco.com works with enterprise and 3PCC FW, see the options on the left menu bar.

Setting up a TFTP is very easy. 

The most popular is TFTPd32/TFTPd64 (LINK) -- It is very easy to install and easy to remove.
