I am trying to register a CIPC 8.6.5 client for the first time to a CUCM 10.5.2 cluster. The CIPC client running on windows 10 gets stuck at message configuring IP. The CUCM Admin page shows the phone's address but with status Rejected.
In CIPC Settings/Status there are messages showing File not Found SEP(mac address).cnf.xml, CTL Update Failed.
Any idea what might be happening? Is there a way that I can view whether SEP(mac addr).cnf.xml exists in fact? What logging might be insightful in RTMT or other to figure out why this won't register?
