CIPC call establishment issue

I have created a CIPC phone in CUCM 11.5 with +12012012001 as directory number. But the call is not established from this number (+12012012001). Please help me to sort out this issue.

Hi Vignesh,

 

Little more brief on issue might be helpful. Is the CIPC registered to CUCM? If the internal extension dialing itself failing, have you already checked on Partition, CSS and Region configurations for the CIPC ?

Greetings,

 

Could you please do let us know what error message you hear when you place an outbound call,is it "Call cannot be completed as Dialled or fast busy tone". Would also recommend you to run Dial Number Analyzer on CUCM to check.
