Hi,
Some of the users in my organization were reporting issues with entering numbers after placing the call users were not able to enter the pin, one common thing that i noticed was all of them had Cisco IP communicator configured with SIP protocol so I moved them to SCCP instead of SIP and this resolved the issue, however I still don't know the reason as to how it fixed the issue ?
Any ideas ?
