Hello everyone,
We are currently investigating on how to do IP Communicator to Jabber migration of 400+ phones. Is there a way that I can migrate all the IP Communicator phones to Jabber but without deleting the IP Communicator phone? This way we can phase out slowly instead of ripping the band aid, users will have IP Communicator functionality and Jabber as well, but after a month all IP Communicator phones will be removed.
We know that we can use the Bat file to use the Phone migration tab, but that will delete the IP Communicator.
Thanks in advance

The best option is to use BAT.
when adding with BAT, your CIPC will not be removed.
If you referring phone migration feature I don’t think it support migration to jabber.AFAIK Phone migration is with only desk phone models.
if you have Cisco prime collaboration provisions, you can provision the CSF so easily.
