Cisco 1760 router doesn’t respond to incoming SIP invites from the ITSP

Hello All,

 

my Cisco 1760 router acts as a voice gateway for my CUCM 12.0 server in my lab environment. It has a sip trunk registered to it and outbound calls are perfect but incoming only  works for about an hour then stops working. My ITSP says that my router is not responding to the incoming invites. Any help is truly appreciated.
