Hi All,
I have the branch office in Europe. Using CUCM System version: 9.1.1.20000-5 and Cisco 2901 SRST router. Registering back to the CUCM all devices (7940 SCCP phone, 7821 SIP Phone and SIP ATA 187) work correctly. If the WAN drops the devices should work in Fallback mode. Both the SCCP and SIP phones register to the SRST router correctly and work as expected. However the SIP ATA does not attempt to register. Config attached. Please let me know what I am missing here

you are onto the wrong domain, move your post to the voip domain.
also make sure you have the SIP network address configured under the srst reference on cucm and voice register global.

Can you please another test and collect the below debug
1. debug voice register errors 2. debug voice register events 3. Debug ccsip all
