Cisco 2921 ISR router FXO port Issue

cisco router 2921 is having problem with FXO card or FXO port .

 

it is automatically showing Operational status as down of all fxo ports .then if shut and not shut the port nothing happens .so if i restart the router fxo ports starts working fine for few hour and after that again same .

 

router version is latest Version 15.0(1r)M15 .

 

please i need you guys help

Hi,

 

Please configure your logging level to debugging and make sure that you logs are dumped to syslog server. Then enable 'debug voip vtsp' 'debug voice ccapi'. Get the syslogs are the port goes off and share them along with  'sh diag' and 'sh voice port summry'
