Cisco 2960X Switch with T23G Yealink Phones

I have 20 yealink T23G phones connecting to a CISCO 2960x POE switch. The switch has a voice vlan which is tagged and PCs connect to the Yealink phones.

the problem is during daily time the phone displays "Updating Network" and then displays "Obtaining IP Address", in this situation the phone connection lost and bridge port too, after a few seconds the phones get back to normal situation. Before we where using Ubiquity switches and we never had such a problem. Is there any one who can help with this problem?
