Is there anything that i can look for in my config to fix this issue?
Has anyone had anything similar?

Looks for me an IOS Bug, not able to find the bug number right one, try to upgrade latest stable recommended version as per the platform. before upgrading make sure you read the release notes and understand any known caveats.

We had the same thing happen to our 4331, was this resolved?

Actually i did not proceed to an upgrade of the ios or any other OS action.
Looking into the problem I realised that there were calls looping in from the E1 and out from the voip dial-peers several times.
It seems that this was causing the router to restart due to memory insufficiency.
We fixed the call routing of our connected PBXs as longs as the dial-peers of the routers and that seems to resolve the issue.
We haven't had a restart for several weeks now.
Hope this helps you too.

Thanks, glad you got it fixed. I opened a case with Cisco TAC. They stated we are hitting this bug:
