Cisco 6825 Belt Clip - Removal

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know the best way to remove the belt clip from the Cisco 6825 phone; other than just unscrewing it? I was wondering if there was a blanker plate or similar that can replace the void it would leave if just unscrewing it -- are there any problems in just unscrewing other than aesthetics?

I have two phones that will never require the belt clip and when carrying it around or just laying the phone on the desk, the belt clip becomes noticeably out of place in general usage. 

Any inputs and thoughts appreciated!

AFAIK you need to unscrew it and use the Plastic cover which came with the box incase if you don't need to use the belt clip.
