on display it say 2 miss call and when I press softkey detail it say no miss call. Also when I go to calls, received and placed calls are list but miss are not recorded.
I update phone firmware to latest wersion but still same!
Could you please check if TFTP server configured on the phone. Or phone learning about TFTP.
If not you may be missing option 150.

thx you for your replay. Option 150 was configured, tftp is restarted but still no same issue.
On other cisco phones 7941, 7911 works ok.
It seems that you are being affected by the following BUG: CSCua86581
Though it mentions CUCM 8, it seems, that it has more to do with phone firmware.
There is an ES Patch available,so, if you open a TAc case, The Engineer should be able to provide you the same.
Just another thing to check
if you log to ur call manager and find that extension .
Under the line, there will be a tick box “Log miss call"
Please check if that ticked.

I download 9.2(4) firmware, upload it to tffp server, restart it, check on device-device settings -
Device Defaults Configuration is selected SCCP69xx.9-2-4-3, restart the phone but phone is not downgrading?
What did I miss? do I need to press any key?
Just to verify that you used the "signed" files - as the phones will not downgrade
