cisco 6921 no miss call records

Hi,

on display it say 2 miss call and when I press softkey detail it say no miss call. Also when I go to calls, received and placed calls are list but miss are not recorded.

I update phone  firmware to latest wersion but still same!

This morning I reset another phone on network and it "downgrade" automatically! After resetting all settings on test phones it also upgrade!

           I have some 6921 ip phones are newly shipped , but not showing missed call info in Call records.below mention the detail as follows

  ->  If CUCM version is 7.1.3

  ->  Successfully running 6921 IP Phones ( old firmware ver : 9.0.2.0 )

 ->   Missed call info in Call records not seen ( newly firmware ver : 9.3.1.3)

From the Downloads i found that CUCM 7.1.3 Supports maximum up to 9.2(1)  .

How should i Proceed to get the new ip phones to show missed calls in call records  ?

all call are listed.
