Cisco 6945 phone view call details?

Hi,

I am deploying some 6945 phones with SCCP load connected to CUCM 9.1

Is there a way to view stats on a call (e.g. codec, MOS etc.) similar to what 79xx phones display when you hit the Help key twice?

Hi James,

Its a bit different on 694X series phones with a few additional steps. You need to press Settings > Admin settings > Status > Call Statistics

to get the required details about codec, packets sent / recv etc.
