I have a Cisco 6961 set which upon power up displays three colors on the LED indicators for the line keys, Red, Orange, and Green. When using the phone only Green and Orange appear. What mode does the set have to be in to get the RED colors on the keys. If you place a line on hold the LED blinks Orange. When a new call is ringing the line blinks Green. For us color blind folks I just see blinking lamps and can't tell by looking at the phone which lines is on hold and which is ringing. I thought that when you place a call on hold the LED should blink RED. Thoughts?
