Cisco 7800 series ip phones

Hi All

cisco 7821 is configured with 8 speed dials however when you hit the down button it wil lonely show the first 6 ?

anyone have a resolution ?

You can still  dial the 7/8th speed dials but you cannot view them with the button (pressing down on the main button)  , pressing down gives you your speed dials (only 6) , pressing up gives you dial history (no limit)  ?

Hi Henry,

I am able to recreate this in my lab setup and do not see any setting which allows this number to be increased beyond six speed dials, it most definitely looks like working as designed.

Hi,

If you would like to have more, you may configure Abbreviated Dialing which will give the option to use 99 index codes on the phone keypad.
