Cisco 7821 DTMF Issue

To whom it may concern,

When inputting passcodes to join a conference call from Cisco 7821 phones we are having DTMF issue whereby the full passcode is not recognised.

We only encounter this issue when using Cisco 7821 phones not from Nortel or Polycom Spider phones.

Did you ever get this resolved? We have the same issue. We were able to resolve the issue by enabling "Require DTMF Reception". This allowed us to enter meeting numbers in GoToMeeting calls, but broke the ability for any other auto attendant to recognize DTMF.
