Cisco 7821 not able to power up using 3560-8PC-S

Dear all,

im facing a situation that 7821 is not able to power up by using 3560-8PC-S (which is 802.3af capable)

both 7821 and 3560 are working devices as i do the following test:

1)7821 able to power up using a poe power brick

2)3560 able to power up 7960G IP phone.

Change a different cable. 

NOTE:  3560-8PC does not support TDR.

have tried different cables(4 pairs) but no luck.

When you plug the phone to the switch, what log entry appears?  
It could be CSCuw03106.

Hi Leo,

no log at all, 7821 doesnt light up at all.
