Hi,
I have configured the Cisco phone 7821 and can't register on CUCM. The phone is getting Sign-in Service Domain, User ID and Password once connected to the network. When tried the credentials, the error is "Please check your information and try again". When pressing other keys it is working and also, it is getting an IP address but the CUCM can't see it.

Hi,
The phone is asking for credentials cause is not able to reach the CUCM .
Please check the connectivity between the phone and the Cucm.

Thanks for the response.
What should I still need to check? I have changed the Digest Credentials and put it on the Password. Also, what should be the Service Domain? Is it the IP address of the CUCM?

Hi Aly,
The credentials the phone is asking you, is to login through Mobile Remote Access not to login to CUCM.
What you need to check is if the phone can directly reach the CUCM and it is correctly added to CUCM DB.
Check on the phone if it got the correct subnet , Vlan and TFTF server address.

Thanks Carlo,
It fixed the issue when we put in the TFTP and default gateway.
SIP phone got registered and working.
