Cisco 7841 / CUCM 9.1.1.20000-5

Hi,

 

We have recently added 7841 Sip phones , all SIP phones have been configured with extension mobility. On the whole they are working fine except when the voicemail button or the voicemail number is dialled (20000). If you hold long enough the number does eventually connect after 17-19 seconds. It does not affect any other phone models in this pool.  7841's are running sip78xx.10-1-1SR1-4

is it issue with firmware?

Hi Dev,

Are you facing this issue with any other SIP phone model as well? Check for any overlapping dial plan and try to remove it. The wait of around 15 seconds would suggest the interdigit default timer ( T302 in service parameters ) of 15 seconds.

I think  this taking time to hit VM due to hitting VM Pilot via Translation pattern

 

Vm pilot is 34000

translation pattern 30000---->VM pilot 34000.

when user dial 30000 then it takes 15- 17 sec to connect with VM. In this case, TP might taking time.

I am also not sure,
