Does anyone encountered the same problem?
CUCM Version: 12.0
Current Cisco 7841 Firmware: SIP78xx.12.0
Inactive Cisco 7841 Firmware: SIP78xx.11.7
Latest Cisco 7841 Firmware: SIP78xx.12.1
Problem: Out of 100 Cisco 7841 IP Phones, only 3 Cisco 7841 IP Phone encountered one way audio. Out of 3, 2 Cisco 7841 IP Phone problem solved by downgrading from 12.0 to 11.7 but 1 Cisco 7841 IP Phone still have the problem even if it is downgraded or upgraded to latest firmware.
Problem encountered when calling any remote IP Phone.
Note: All Cisco 7841 IP Phones has the same configuration.
Things done:
1. Downgrade and Upgrade
2. Create new MRGL and assigned hardware transcoder
Tested Solution:
Enabled or Checked "MTP require" option for the specific IP Phone. Note: All other IP Phones does not require MTP when calling.
Any possible issues?
