Cisco 7841 or 6921 hangs only on one extention after long use

Phone model: 7841 or 6921 is stuck after long use.. the problem is only with one extention.. and it repeatable issue..

 

  1. Phone firmware: sip78xx.11-7-1-17
  2. CUCM version: 10.5.2.11900-3

This issue is not limited to only PST gateways calls, as internal calls are also not working for this particular user.

 

Kindly advise

upgrade that phone to latest firmware :

 

https://software.cisco.com/download/home/284892536/type/282074288/release/12.5(1)SR2

 

if issue persist after the change, open TAC case for detail analysis.
