Cisco 7841 SIP line

Hi,

We are using the Cisco 7841 SIP. when a call is ringing in on the phone, we don't see a way to get another line for a dial tone and make a call. Pretty much we can't make a call when the phone is ringing. any idea?

So there could be many reasons, but first make sure all the line buttons are showing a working "SIP line" which I will assume is your Extension 1. Go to the web interface then: Admin Login -> Advanced Voice -> Phone Line Key 1 - Ext 1 Line Key 2 - Ext 1 Line Key 3 - Ext 1 Line Key 4 - Ext 1 Line ID Mapping - Vertical First (optional, but it mimics the SPA phones, and makes more sense to me and other users)

thanks for the reply. I open the browser and enter the IP of the phone and I only get a Device information page. I don't get the Admin page
