We have recently deployed Cisco 7861 phones for our Retail/Wholesale counters and beginning to see trend that no lines will ring on third line of phone. I did see the following Bug ;; has anyone else seen this? Any "other known" workaround other than not using lines 2 and three?

Hi Tommy,
This seems to be the correct bug but it is still in Open state and there is no workaround available. You may raise a TAC case to ling the bug with the SR and also check for ETA for the fix.
