Cisco 78xx latest firmware

Is the latest firmware for the Cisco 78xx phones with 3PCC:

11.3.3 MSR2 released on 14-Dec-2021; or

11.3.5 released on 16-Sep-2021?

And can anyone explain why the naming is so confusing?

11.3.3 MSR2 released on 14-Dec-2021 - This is a Service release (SR) for 11.3.3 - fixes bugs etc..) 

11.3.5 - This is the new release version

It’s possibly confusing if you focus on the dates of the release and not the versions. 11.3.5 is a higher version than 11.3.3, it’s as simple as that.
