I configure a cisco call manager 5.0(2).
I m using only 7911 IP Phone.
i have enable extention mobility.
when i login with a profile i do not have the option to logout. I then connect to the call manger and logout.
could you please help?
Make sure that you add the Extension Mobility Service to the users Logged In Profile. This way they will be able to select the EM Service to Log out from the phone.

Already replied in another thread, and the EM feature is a Cisco feature from CUCM, if you're using asterisk, you need to use the services it provides, and surely no guide from Cisco will work for that.
