Cisco 7937 maximum volume setting?

Hey everyone.

We have a bunch of Cisco 7937 conference phones in our office.  Our users seem to enjoy cranking the volume all the way up and saving it there, which means the "dits" of each keypress are audible from the other end of the office.  I know there's a minimum volume setting, but is there a maximum volume setting somewhere we can implement?  Alternatively, can we just disable the keypress tone, or change it to something less audible?

Thanks!

Hi,

At the phone level the only two options are Volume Up and Volume Down.On cucm there are no specific options related to controlling the volume on IP phones, there is just one parameter for controlling volume under advanced parameters for IP voice media streaming application service but it applies only to MOH. So looks like there is unfortunately no solution to this requirement.
