Hi
I have 4 phones that are running SCCP VERSION BOOT ID PC0303010001, APP LOAD ID P00308000900
I need to upgrade these to work with another sip provider and although I have downloaded the files I think I need the phone reports that it cannot find the XMLDefault.cnf file. Does anyone know how I can get the phone to seek this out. Im using tftp32 as my TFTP server program and ive tried all avenues that I can think of. Would I have to purchase CUCM in order to get this xml file? Im confused.

Anyone can make XMLDefault.cnf themselves if they just Google it.

how would I get the xmldefault.cnf to contain the right information for the phone? What commands would I need to input into the file for the phone to recognise it and say ok and reboot with SIP on it
