Cisco 7941 Not booting all lights solid on nothing happen

Hi,

my Cisco IP phone 7941 was working fine and suddenly the phone's screen was gone and all lights turned solid on and just lost connection to the PC port too. tried to reset the phone by holding # but nothing happened.

please guide me.

Seems like phone having bootstrap loading issue means not able to expand firmware image which are stored on flash memory of ip phone.

Raise a RMA with Cisco if its under contract.

Or try to factory reset in a proper manner one more time.
