cisco 7941 shows unprovisioned

HI all.,

today like only 9 IP phones which i tried to register with CUCM.

i made supercopy of working IP phone. and it not registered.

I made factory reset afterthat it shows unprovisioned and resetting again n again.

in LOAD ID it shows : term41.default

it not able to download firmware from TFTP even i restarted TFTP services.

help me out..!!

Configure phones properly in CUCM.

i tried to configure manually. but still it shows file not found & unprovisioned.

Not able to register it.

Is the phone getting IP address and proper TFTP server IP address?
