CISCO 7941 zombie

Dear all,

I did a hard erase all ,on a new 7941 Phone now it looks like a zombie

nothing happens when I start the Phone for a moment the lights flash and this is followed by a blanc display screen

can anyone show me a workaround to get this new Phone working again

Hello,

If you are you able to get to Advanced Network Settings in order to assign IP address of TFTP server (ie the CUCM) and you are sure that it is connected on the voice Vlan and still the phone doesnt register/respond, then you may need to consider contacting Cisco for RMA.

no access to the settings,

when we boot the device some lights go on and out but no boot or display
