Cisco 7942 IP Phone is not booting?

Hello Friends,

I have one Cisco 7942 IP Phone. Yesterday i configured and installed it. It was working fine. But today morning, it has stopped booting.

It is connected by a power adaptor. When i power it on, all the LED are flashed and nothing happens. even the Cisco Logo doesn't flash.

I have changed the power adaptors but still getting the same problem.

What can be the possible issues?????

Hi Pankaj

If this is the case ask your reseller or the concerned people you have bought the phone to RMA it, get it replaced as soon as possible.

We have already raised RMA. I just wanted to confirm if there can b other issues except physcial.
