Hi,
Have a couple of Cisco 7942G phones configured with Extension Mobility to CME running on a Cisco 4331 Router. The phones register onto the CME without any issues.
The problem I am having is that they don't log in and out cleanly. They log in and out, but remain "stuck" on the EM log in/log out screen and don't return back to the main display. The only way to get back to the main display is to press exit 3 times or so. Not the end of the world, but doesn't look very good.
Is there anything I can do to force this process of returning to the main display?
